AD Agency has been set up by its sister company Impact International Management to cope with the ever-increasing demand for people to work in the film extra and commercial industry.

Working in this industry has been a closed-shop for only equlity members in the past. The policy has now been changed as assistant directors increasingly like to use members of the public rather than people from the performing arts because they are looking for fresh faces.
